New Wendy & Lisa App Hints At New Album!

As mentioned in the last post, the new Wendy & Lisa iPhone App is awesome and is a must have for fans! Not only does the app provide plenty of different features (music, photos, Facebook/Twitter integration, videos, etc.), the app appears to offer some exclusive news (for the keen reader). In the second post, on the “Fan Wall”, someone asked whether Wendy & Lisa will be working on another album. Wendy & Lisa’s manager replied that “[t]he answer is YES. We’ve already started”. That is EXCITING news! There is no word yet on how much of the album is finished or when the ladies started, but I am sure that we will be hearing additional news in the future! Receiving great news like this makes the App definitely worth getting. Given that the app is FREE, there is really no reason not to get it (except that you don’t have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch)! I hear that they will be releasing more exclusive news via the app in the future, so stay tuned and get the cool App!

WOW! The ladies have outdone themselves, this time, with their brand new iPhone App! Now, YOU can keep up with Wendy & Lisa's news and events with their new "Wendy & Lisa/Girl Bros. Radio" App!

Wendy & Lisa's "Fruit At The Bottom" To Be Re-Released!

On February 21, 2011, Cherry Pop Records will re-release Wendy & Lisa's sophomore album "Fruit At The Bottom".  This release is an upgrade to the prior re-release in 2006 by Wounded Bird Records. As in the Wounded Bird release, this release will feature remixes of Lolly Lolly, Are You My Baby?, and Satisfaction. In addition, a b-side ("Happy Birthday") will also be included. However, what makes this release un-like any other (including the Wounded Bird release) is the inclusion of "Hip Hop Love"; a never before released track by Wendy & Lisa.  Therefore, if you are a Wendy & Lisa collector, this re-release is definitely an album to get!

The Brand-Spanking-New Girl Bros Radio Kicks Off Oct. 2nd!!!

Girl Bros Radio is back and has found a new home!  Girl Bros Radio will air this Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 at 6pm (PST).  The show will be a 3-hour auditory extravaganza featuring a bit of Lisa's MusicLab, a bit of DJ Wendy, and a whole lot of great music!  In addition to the great music and conversation, you will also be able to chat with the ladies and fellow listeners.
